This art instruction, designed for seniors, builds skills using a range of materials and techniques. We will provide you with a means of developing your personal artistic voice, support the triumphs and challenges of being a lifelong learner, and accommodate the particular needs of an elder population of students. Participants put on an exhibition of their work.

Senior Strong

Senior Strong classes are designed to increase overall strength, flexibility, and balance, mastering movements important to improving the quality of everyday life. We will be increasing your cardiovascular health and range of motion using resistance bands, rubber balls, and other equipment which will give you a healthy workout in a fun and safe environment! Class Activities • 10 minutes: warm-up (including flexibility and stretching) • 30 minutes: strength/balance/cardio training • 5 minutes: cool down

Senior Stretch

Senior Stretch classes are designed to focus on balance, flexibility, mobility, and range of motion which are all key components to help keep you active and live a healthier life!

Mahjong

The instructional class will introduce you to the rules and basic moves of this ancient Chinese game. Whether you are a beginner or just need a refresher, you will enjoy learning to play with friends! Once you’re comfortable on your own, join us in the large room to play!

line dancing 

Join us for an hour of fun and music. You will learn basic line dances while improving your strength, balance, and coordination!
